Core Heart: Vaceea- Also known as the “Fickle One”. Vaceea is Chaotic Neutral. She is an angry being that tosses around ships in violent hurricanes one minute, and provides gentle sailing to the same poor shmucks the next. She does not seem to want anything from her inhabitants, but rages when they do not pay tribute to her before crossing her seas. Truth be told, Vaceea has no interest in mortals, and actually tries to avoid openly conversing with them, or appearing to them in any form other then a hurricane. She hides a secret from the world that is the true reason she doesn’t interact with mortals. She herself was once a mortal woman who was on an expedition with her husband to find Tengala’s original core heart deity. The sudo-deity was a half-mad animal who attempted to destroy the couple when discovered and confronted. Vaceea’s husband was a powerful sorcerer who managed to bind the mad immortal to his wife, making her the new core heart. The price for channeling these magics was his life. Her Trademark is a barbed trident.
